Units

Our 8 story building has twelve 3 bed/3 bath rental units. All units, except for the two poolside, have the same floor plan.

The upstairs units (on floors 3-7) are 270 sq m and feature parquet floors, granite bathrooms, with picture windows throughout.

The two poolside units are 200 sq m with an additional 100 sq m private deck.

All units have spacious kitchens, clean lines, and functional floor plans.

Our units are partially furnished with larger items such as sofas, dining tables, and beds. Decorative items and smaller household accessories are not provided.
