Do you accept pets?
We accept pets on a case by case basis. Additional rules apply to pets.
How can I reserve an apartment? How long will it be reserved?
An apartment can be reserved for 10 days by paying a nonrefundable booking fee. The 10 days period allows for contract perusal and international wire transfers.
Are we allowed to hang things on the walls using nails or screws?
Walls are easily repaired, so, yes, have fun with your apartment!
Can the apartment be rented with more furniture/less furniture?
Yes. Additional furniture requests may result in increased rent.
Do you provide a cleaning service? Can I hire your housekeeping staff?
No cleaning service is provided. Our company rules forbid Panburi employees to accept jobs from residents. Panburi’s generous maid’s quarters and its convenient location close to public transport is usually attractive to domestic workers, and most residents find help without much difficulty.
Can I request a 'diplomatic clause'?
We will only agree to a year lease, minimum. If the lease is broken for any reason before the year is complete, the security deposit will be taken as penalty.
